Not every event on your schedule has to be a block buster.

While big splashy and well-attended events are great, making the planner feel   like the best host in town, your organization should accommodate the special interests of members of your group. There is room on the event planning calendar of your organization for smaller programs. Targetting segments of your constituency is also a member benefit.
